West Virginia Deaf Bowling Association is established in May 1986 at Parkersburg, WV. We will host our 35th annual WVDBA tournament at Martinsburg, WV. It is mixed 4 bowlers. It can be 4 men or 4 women or 2 men and 2 women or 1 man and 3 women or 3 men and 1 woman.
